These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, resort pool, Children’s splash zone / pad areas pool slides, playgrounds and a gym as well as much more!
The primary booker must be 25 years or older (we are unable to accommodate groups of primarily under 25 year olds or those from the local vicinity), however family groups with Children aged 0 -100 are welcome!

This home away from home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless-steel appliances. A drip coffee maker for those who need the boost in the morning!
The open floor concept allows everyone to be together while cooking, watching TV or dipping in and out of the private pool!
- The first floor has a bedroom with a king bed and bathroom.
- The master suite on the 2nd floor has a king bed and its own en-suite bathroom with his and hers sink.
- The third bedroom has a Queen bed – Star Wars Snores!
- Bedroom four has 2 x twin beds – Mickey Haven
Rooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom meaning plenty of room for all the family.
- Each bedroom has its own TV
This home has its own private splash pool and covered outdoor sitting space with loungers chairs. Fully equipped laundry room and high speed free (of course) wi-fi are also available.
Linens, towels, and overnight/starter amenities will set you up before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.
Optional pool heat is available for $35/day including tax 5 days. The minimum activation is $175 which includes up to 5 days of heating, add $35 for additional days. We recommend adding pool heat to your reservation during the Winter and Spring months. Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. Where booked later than this or closer to arrival, an activation fee may apply.
A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be rented for your use please ask for more information about grill options.

Kayaking and mini-golf are available for a small charge.

- Are there activities at the Resort?
Yes and the activities change monthly!
Does the Mini-Golf and Kayaking cost extra?
- Mini-golf at the time of writing is $5/kids and $7/adults. Kayak rental is $15/30 mins or $20/hour. Sometimes there are specials too.
- What time does the Tiki Bar and Ice Cream Shop open/close?
They open at 11 am and close 8 pm daily.
- What time does the Clubhouse open/close?
9 am – 9 pm daily.
- What time does the Fitness Center open/close?
5 am – 12 am daily.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and only occupants listed on the agreement may attend the home. All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home and the community operates quiet hours outside after 9PM.
ID is required to access the community. Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. Child names (not ages) are also required for entrance into the community. This check-in / pre arrival information must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which-ever is the sooner’).
If you cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, please note that 3.5% of any payments made will be deducted to cover card processing fees. This fee applies to each transaction, as we incur these charges from the payment provider whenever a transaction is processed or refunded. The remaining balance will be promptly returned to your account.

We had a great stay at this house the resort and amenities are perfect house was a great size and layout, pool is small but just what we needed the only issue we had is I am a professional cleaner and I own my own business so I’m definitely looking when I go in a rental it was not dirty but definitely need to speak to their cleaning lady about making sure it is clean properly, we also had noisy neighbors which is at no fault to the owner we will definitely stay there again the pool area was fun and had everything linens were clean beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay the best part was the communication between me and the host it was top notch will definitely book with them based in that alone :)

Screens were ripped upon arrival, but someone was sent to fix them after 5 days of us being there. LED lights in Star Wars room did not work as well as the fan light, have to move the lamp physically to get it to work in Star Wars room as well. Mickey haven room one of the ends of the twin bed was broken, wasn’t much of an issue though. Knob from one of the kitchen drawers was broken and inside the drawer. Dishes weren’t the cleanest but wasn’t anything we couldn’t wash ourselves. Carpets were pretty stained especially towards the first couple steps going up. Blinds in the upstairs master suite did not work at all… but also not the biggest deal. Would stay here again!

Had an okay experience, house was as depicted but certain areas were not clean (sinks, tubs). The drains backed up and you could see the buildup!
Odd things like like no additional toilet paper, no Kleenex, only offering one trash bag for a 5 night stay, made this nice property feel on the cheaper side.
