About this house rental
The 75sqm apartment in a two-family house with private entrance is distributed on two floors in addition small basement, where the washing machine is located.
From the entrance you enter the guest toilet, the living room and the kitchen with integrated fitted kitchen. Here you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils as well as microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room is equipped with a nice sofa set, which also offers by folding out 2 beds.
There is also a modern dining area in the living room where you can have your meals. Weather permitting, you can access the privacy of the living room from the living room, where you can relax.
A wide wooden staircase leads to the first floor where you will find the spacious bathroom and the large bedroom with a small balcony.

On the outskirts of Solingen, off the main road in a cul-de-sac, you can enjoy the stay in a quiet rural setting. In only 100m distance you are already in the forest, where you can enjoy the nature on numerous hiking trails and sights such as the Rüdenstein, Balkhauser Kotten, the Müngstener bridge and Castle Burg can be reached on foot or by bike.
Despite the outskirts, you are in a few minutes by car in the center of Solingen.
Düsseldorf is about 35 km away and can be reached in 40 minutes.
Cologne is about 30 km away (about 35 minutes) These cities can also be reached by S-Bahn / Bundesbahn

This rental had everything we needed: king bed, kitchen, washing machine and private parking. The furnishings are top quality and the hosts were warm and friendly. We will be back for another stay.

Very quiet location with helpful and friendly owners. Everything was perfect although I had to leave a day early and couldn't say goodby. Very clean and nice terrace and balcony, with new fixtures and garage. I will probably return in the future.
