About this house rental
This lovely beach home offers spacious and comfortable living for all guests. Ideal location is directly across from the beach access and allows guests to be comfortably settled on the beach within minutes. The main floor features a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and game/breakfast table. The great room has a 20 foot ceiling with large flatscreen television. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room which can accommodate up to 10 guests, a powder room and 1 King Master with private bath. Large deck off the kitchen is equipped with grill and seating. Top floor has sitting area with flat screen television, wet bar and outside upper deck with ocean views. Three bedrooms include: 1 Queen with private bath, 1 Queen and 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Sleeps 10 Includes basic cable, free wifi, outside shower, outside grill, no smoking, no pets, Saturday to Saturday rental.

Great house! Everything was clean and as described. Short walk to the beach. Check in could use much better communication. We were not told that there would be any issues trying to check in after 5pm (the office is closed) yet we weren’t allowed to check in until 4. A keypad would be much better

Nice location, very quick walk to the beach! House showed in person just like the pictures. Ideal for a family. Nice porches and secondary living space for kids to gather. Lots of closet space throughout for a rental property.

Very nice house only issue I had was figuring out what light switch went to lights there should be a way to label. Other than that , the house was great
