About this apartment rental
Wonderful basement apartment with private entrance. A full 1700 square feet to enjoy and relax after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder Mountain and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski Resort. 10 miles to Pineview Reservoir. Shopping and dining is only 15 miles away. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. I have extra air mattresses and linen to set up for extra sleep space. Our kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Our cinema room has leather chairs that recline and have cup holders. We offer free movies and popcorn. Have a great stay and enjoy the fun amenities.

We had a wonderful time, the place looks amazing! We especially liked the movie theater, the pool table and the sauna. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with my son to ski Snowbasin (close) and Powder mountain (35-40 mins drive). Enjoyed it very much. Only issue is there can be some noise from upstairs, predominantly in the daytime hours. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful. Recommended.

We had a great time, and the property was 100% as advertised. It was very clean and had all amenities that we needed to stay (and ski at Snowbasin) for our long weekend. Location is very close to Snowbasin resort (probably a 12-minute drive in good weather) which is what we were looking for as there is no immediate lodging right at the resort - this is probably one of the closest and most convenient options if you want to ski Snowbasin. The owners were super easy to work with and very nice people - While this property is essentially the basement of their primary residence, they were extremely conscientious of our privacy making it feel like we were at the property all by ourselves. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
