The bare necessities. The washer and dryer were nice. The house can sleep 8 people, but they only provide a table to seat six. Also there were only enough forks for six. One hanger per room. Bathrooms very small, no electrical outlets in the bathroom where the only mirror is, there is only one bath towel and washcloth ( no shower soap) per person, and the sink drains were caked with black mold. Bathroom doors would not close/latch properly. One bathroom had a shower drain that was bent up and was a toe hazard. The door to the cabin stuck when trying to open twice - had to pull the door close to the frame and enter code multiple times before it would open. The kitchen utensils were all dollar store variety. Grill is the same as those found at parks and require charcoal. Thankful for the griddle to cook meats on instead of grill. Hot tub had extremely high levels of chlorine and had to be drained and re- filled to reach acceptable levels. Thankfully one couple in our party had test kits and knowledge to check levels of chlorine. The bedroom with the washer and dryer in it has a bed frame that sticks way out (meant for footboard) and causes bruises. The king sized beds and bathroom per the four bedrooms was our draw. Knowing all the things in this review could be helpful. Calling the phone number provided on fridge, we found them to be helpful and pretty timely.

This property worked for a group of 6, would be a bit tight for 8. Smoke alarm went off every time oven door opened, despite no smoke present. Hot tub could use a step to help getting in/out. NO kitchen essentials (paper towels, foil, coffee filters) provided. One of the windows leaked which was a problem when it rained, did call and temp fix done but continued leaking. Listing makes it sound more secluded than it really is.
