We had a great stay at the Top Floor Unit. Host was very friendly and helpful for our requests. Unit is very comfortable and nicely updated. Unit is clean and roomy. Great location, walkable to downtown Bradenton restaurants, and to Lecom Field. Groceries and nature refuges are a short drive away. We recommend and would stay here again!

This was perfect for our 4 week stay and had everything we needed! Convenient location to AMI and downtown Bradenton. The hosts were very gracious and easy to work with. We definitely recommend this unit! Thanks June and Pete!

Our apartment was clean and spacious. We stayed a month and found the location a good location to get just about anywhere. I would recommend it for just about everyone. Our dates are taken for next year but it's on our list for the future. Thank you June and Pete.
