About this house rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming house for rent in Clohars-Carnoët, with sea views and situated 3 km from the beach. With a floor area of 80 m², it can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living area, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with a sofa and dining area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional amenities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 400 m² garden within a fully fenced-in property
- A 28 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market… The coastal path runs below the property. There are no neighbouring properties directly opposite.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park below the road, 20 metres from the property (off the property).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Quimperlé, about 15 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airports: Lorient, about 25 km away / Brest, about 130 km away
Other notes:
- Free Wi-Fi available
- The fireplace is not in working order
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner
- The property comprises two houses: one houses the owners’ main residence, with no neighbours opposite to ensure your privacy.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Hire of a 6.70m Pacific Craft rigid-hull motorboat with a 200cv engine is available in July and August, subject to arrangement with the owner on site.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
