- A beautiful 400 m² garden within a fully fenced property
- A 28 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. The customs path is just below the property. There are no neighbours.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the car park below the path 20m from the property (outside the property).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Quimperlé, about 15 minutes by car
- Nearest airports: Lorient approx. 25 km / Brest approx. 130 km
