* Cleanings before check-in and after check-out are covered by the cleaning fee. Daily housekeeping is not included but is available on demand for a price.

* We have a Nevada State Business License and pay all applicable fees and taxes.
* You or someone in your party must be 21 years or older to rent this property.
* If a guest requests maintenance service but leaves the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on, a penalty will be charged: $175 for visits between 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and $325 for visits outside of these hours (from 4:31 PM to 9:29 AM). Please note, this penalty is imposed by The Signature and will be passed on to the guest if the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign is left on.
Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out are similar to a hotel, but this is a privately owned condo, and all services will be taken care of through the host. The front desk is available 24/7 for emergencies only. Pretty much any other issue should be addressed by sending a message to the host. The front desk will require a physical credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $100-per-night, per-unit hold on your card (please note this if you are booking two adjoining/adjacent units), with a maximum hold of $300 per unit. This amount will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

This property was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious, with large bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The valet service was convenient, and using Lyft or Uber to get around town was easy. The balcony offered a nice and private view, which we really enjoyed. You can see the sphere light up through one of the windows. The gyms in Buildings 1 and 3 were both very nice and well-maintained. While some reviews mention the walk to the MGM pools and casino, we didn’t find it to be a problem—it’s entirely indoors and takes about 10 minutes. The Lazy River at MGM opens from 10 AM to 5 PM, so be sure to arrive early to grab a good spot.The MGM food court had plenty of great options like starbucks, pizza, haagen-dazs ice cream and many more restaurants. We also caught the Brad Garrett comedy show, just past the food court which was absolutely hilarious. We would stay here again in fact we may plan to return next summer to catch a concert at the Sphere.

Everything with the condo was great! Communication with the owner, Matthew, was quick and helpful. He checked in several times during the stay to make sure we had everything that we needed. Highly recommend!
