Inside your room, the interior style to this brick building encourage you to sink in and relax during your stay. The textiles in the bedroom are comfy and the colors throughout the apartment are a mixture of cool and warm. If you are looking to enjoy the best of the Sebring Circle, including the many seasonal events and local bars and restaurants, then those are just downstairs. The bedroom has a super comfortable queen bed and the living room features a couch which converts to a queen bed. Their is a large kitchen with the basic necessities and a large 72-inch TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo, a large counter space, and large mirrors. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, countertop ice maker, and microwave. Expect coffee, sugar, creamer, spices, and condiments. There is bar seating in the open area between the kitchen and dining area. The Livingroom features views of Circle Park and plenty of seating. This is an older building and there is some wear and tear, giving this apartment a spacious and clean but lived-in feel. Free parking. Parking pass is required.
Nearby highlights include: Mon Cirque Wine Bar which hosts regular burlesque shows, soirees, Sebring's annual Pride Fest, and you may even catch a tarot reading there on Friday nights. Local favorite spots to eat will be Organically Local, Sophie's Cafe, Sebring Soda Shop, Faded Bar & Bistro, the Backyard at Faded, and The 301. Other notable areas in town are Highlands Lakeside Theatre, the Children's Museum of Highlands County, the Sebring Raceway, Florida's first state park which is Highlands Hammock, fishing, golf, local art galleries, the Alan Jay Wildstein Center for the Performing Arts to name a few.

One camera is on the parking lot and the second is on the lower deck and the door going to the commercial downstairs space. They are not actively monitored.
