New Beachfront luxury home at Woodman Beach- amazing views of Lake Michigan -this is one of the premiere rental homes in South Haven with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, over 4,000 sq. ft. of luxury living, a private backyard with gas firepit, and over 500 square feet of decks/balconies with gorgeous views.
Brand new private heated pool added for 2025! Lounge by one of the closest pools to the beach, only steps from the pool to the sand! This beautiful fenced pool located in a private and secluded area in the courtyard partially under the "bridge" are of the homes, offering a private oasis! In addition to a fence around the pool area, the pool features an automatic pool cover to keep the pool warm and clean when not in use. Pool will be open from Mid-May until Mid-October (weather dependent in mid-October). This pool is for the exclusive enjoyment of guests staying at 95 West. Pool area features patio with outdoor sofa, chairs, chaise loungers and fire-pit!
There are two completely sperate homes at Woodman Beach, each home is completely private from one another. This listing is for the West home of this two home complex (closest to Lake), or if you need more room please inquire about renting both the east and west homes (sleeps 16 in each home for a total of 32)!

This rental location is the perfect place to be in South Haven MI; everything is within walking distance to the downtown area; bike riding, kayaking, dining and shopping.The beach area is in a private area which provided our family with an excellent place to spend the day while also allowing easy access to walking to North Shore pier; and snack area. We also appreciated the option of the pool which was a great alternative too. Our family enjoyed our entire time there and without a doubt would re-book this location. The hosts were excellent communicators to ensure our stay there meet our expectations too.

Beautiful home, not too far from the beach. With some tree trimming, there could have been a view of the lake from the home. Beautiful home. Our group of nine adults and five children had a great week in Michigan.

We loved our proximity to the beach and the downtown area, the heated pool, the variety of spaces in the house where we could gather or find a quiet space to read!

Very nice home with lots of space to spread out! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need with plenty of seating for a large group. The location was ideal, too! We walked to North Beach, downtown shopping, and restaurants. We loved our visit to South Haven!
