What a great location. Quiet neighborhood near the water and awesome food trucks! Yet so close to everything Portland has to offer. We walked everywhere. Condo spacious, clean and well equipped. I do highly recommend.

Wonderful views and location. Close to the promenade, coffee shops, the Portland Observatory, etc. Comfortable beds. However, generally dingy and dirty. Only 1 AC unit for the whole place, none in the bedrooms. Washer and dryer not from this century, required multiple cycles to wash and dry stuff. Not well equipped - lacked a coffee maker and some obvious everyday objects, such as trash cans (other than the 1 in the kitchen), surface cleaner, baking pan, etc. There was a coffee table but no chairs. Only 1 chair on the balcony.
