About this house rental

Situated within spacious grounds that cover over 150 hectares in size, this beautiful resort is an oasis for relaxation within the stunning French Riviera. It is nestled between Provence and Côte d'Azur and is a wonderful choice for both an active or relaxing holiday. Whether you wish to simply relax and revel in the tranquil surroundings or if you wish to try your hand at the renowned 18-hole golf course (a minimum handicap of 36 applies), there is something for everyone.



2 Bedroom Townhouse, 90 sqm in 2 levels, maximum 4 persons. Very comfortable and pleasant furnishing : entrance, large living/dining room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 hobs, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster. Separate toilet. Terrace.

Stairway going down to the garden floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 small beds, 2 bathrooms (bathtub and/or shower), separate toilet. Air conditioned bedrooms. Small garden, outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sunbeds). Parking place/garage close to the house.

The advantages of this house: a big terrace near the living room, view on the garden from the bedrooms and a modern decoration.



The Resort is composed of 4 hamlets where you can find apartments, semi-detached houses and free standing villas with private pool located here and there in protected, mature pine forests, blending Provencal tradition with the very highest standards in comfort. You can find in each hamlet an electric gate and a shared swimming pool area with children's pool, outdoor shower, pool house, deckchairs.

A 2,000 m² spa area offers a wide selection of spa treatments (payable locally), a fabulous restaurant awaits you with lovely panoramic views on the golf course, tennis courts offer a bit of healthy competition and several swimming pools are on-hand if you fancy a refreshing swim. Alternatively, the lovely beaches in Fréjus or Sainte Maxime are less than half an hour away.

We recommend the use of a car: shopping center 2km, supermarket 2km, restaurant 2km, sandy beaches 20km.

INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL : A 2 hours Spa access per day and per person (from 16 years old) from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays), 1 hour per week tennis court rental, a special « Resident rate » for the golf course.

The resort is very well maintained with very good facilities. The Villa was very nicely presented, spacious with nice outside space. The kitchen was well equipped with good washing machine and dishwasher. There was also private parking. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was very quiet when we visited with nice sun beds and umbrellas. We also enjoyed the bar and terrace with lovely views over the golf course and the restaurant which was excellent. With regard to the Villa, as we previously stated the condition of the pillows and one of the mattress covers was not good. However our complaint was dealt with quickly which we appreciated. We found the shutter doors on the main living room balcony in need of some maintenance as they were difficult to open and pin back. The ironing board cover also needs replacing. These are small things but would greatly help future occupants.

Very nice pool 20 m. Area kept very nice. Good kitchen and nice two level house with good bathrooms. More than one towel. Have some soap available for the dishwasher. The floor was a little dusty - your feet get all black and dirty.
