This modern, well-maintained condo offers a bright, airy feel with a pleasant coastal design, bathed in abundant natural light. You'll find spacious and comfortable living areas, ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
Our open-concept layout seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating an inviting space. Both the living area and bedrooms feature adjustable AC and heat for your comfort.

2 Parking Spaces are allotted to each unit, there are additional visitor parking spots available as well!

3) The cleaning fees are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space perfect for the next guest!
The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different fees, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!

The location and parking were amazing. Generally, a quiet place. We traveled with our two small kids and they really enjoyed the twin beds in the front room :) There were some neighborhood activities an undesirable smells but that is out of control of the property management. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would return to this rental.

We came into to town for a quick weekend stay. The pictures are accurate and the residence very clean but unfortunately there was a horrible disgusting cigarette odor that never went away. It smacked you right in the face every time you would open the front door. We tried to air it out but nothing worked. I shared with the host but they never responded to our email. The appointments could also be enhanced a bit. I would stay again if I knew and was guaranteed the odor was gone.
