New little one bedroom home in a quiet little town. Located by the city park and walking distance from three restaurant/ bar and grills along with the view of the DesMoines River

I was surprised to find this nice place in Eddyville, IA. It looks like a garage on a vacant lot that was transformed into a very nice “hotel suite”. I was there for a class reunion and some of my classmates mentioned they would stay there when visiting if available.

This place is a very clean, quaint and quiet place. It has a farmhouse feel with all you need for sustainability. Communications with the owner was very simple and pleasant. I rented for approximately 2 months and would have stayed longer if it was available.
