If clean is important to you stay here. Comfortable beds, nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Communication with host was great. I have nothing negative to say about this property.

We loved sitting outside and watching dolphins and birds on the St. John’s River. We appreciated the nice touch of throw blankets for the chilly mornings on the deck. House and beds were very comfortable.

Host the as fantastic. Very helpful and responsive. Location was great, quiet but not far from activities. View was amazing and it was so nice sitting outside watching the spoonbills, egrets and dolphins.

The rooms were clean and as expected. The host was easy to communicate and responsive to questions. The view is incredible. It was a little too chilly to use the pool during our stay, but it was clean and ready upon our arrival. The location felt safe and secure and we would stay here again if ever back in the area.
