About this house rental
Upon entering the gated front courtyard you will enjoy the tranquil garden and pond with waterfall sounds to begin your relaxing vacation. This two story home is set in the peaceful, tree-lined Downtown Lodi neighborhood.
Crescent House is a large, contemporary two-story home perfect for gatherings both inside and out. Three bedrooms and two baths are situated on the ground floor, including the Primary Bedroom with a large ensuite bathroom. The other two ground floor bedrooms share the hallway bathroom. The second floor is a large private room with treetop, neighborhood views in all directions. This room has a dedicated work space, private full bathroom, and kitchenette. All beds are king sized with fine linens. Bath towels, hair dryers, and shampoo, conditioner, and soaps are provided in each of the three bathrooms.
The kitchen has luxury stainless steel appliances, including a 6-burner gas stove top, microwave/convection oven, wall oven, dishwasher, and a large French door refrigerator freezer with filtered water dispenser and icemaker. A breakfast nook is nestled in the kitchen to savor your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Four bar stools allow dining or chef coaching from the spacious kitchen island. A beautiful built-in wine bar has a mini fridge, wine and margarita glassware and serving ware to enjoy all of your Lodi wine tasting favorites. The adjacent antique dining table seats eight to ten guests. All cooking and serving ware you will need are provided for your use.
The backyard has a lush garden and paved patio for you to enjoy dining outside under the market lights. Use the gas BBQ grill, and the fire pit all times of the year. The front entry way pond provides a lovely waterfall sound during your stay.
The garage is available for guest use and two cars can fit in the driveway.

5/5 Stars – Perfect stay for our family milestone!We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Crescent House. We were in town for our son's wedding, and this beautiful property served as the perfect home base. The design upgrades throughout the house and the open kitchen are exceptionally well done. The location couldn't be better—it's incredibly convenient to local shops for daily necessities and just a short trip to downtown where we had a wonderful time antiquing. On top of that, our host Marne was fantastic to work with and great with communication. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent 8-day visit at the Crescent Street house. The house is very spacious, very clean, and very well equipped. There are so many wonderful touches in the house that make it special: from on-demand hot water at each sink, to very comfortable beds, to plenty of high-quality towels and a great kitchen. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and very walkable and there are many excellent restaurants close by. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the property manager, Marne and her staff were excellent to work with. While the property is on the expensive side, we found it well worth the cost and are looking forward to a longer visit in the fall.

We stayed here approximately five years ago… And had remembered it as being such an excellent property and value… Then we decided to take a last-minute trip this weekend and go again. We continue to be impressed by the quality of the furnishings, atmosphere and well stocked kitchen. All of the bedrooms are very comfortable and no one feels like they got the “lesser than” room. It really makes for such a wonderful experience. It is really worth noting that the property is excellent in terms of accessibility issues… If you enter through the garage, there are two steps up, but there’s also a grab rail which made it easy for my elderly father and mother to go in and out. The master bathroom is quite large and extremely accessible, even with a walker.. the house is tile floor, which reduces risk of trip hazards on rugs. The location in the heart of Lodi and the wine country make it extremely convenient… A number of good restaurants around a grocery store a block or two away… And a bunch of riot wineries within 10 minutes.Hope to return again sometime soon!
