Ideally located (close to Cahors, Sarlat and the A20 motorway), close to the vineyards of Cahors and the main tourist sites of Quercy (Rocamadour, Padirac chasm, Pech Merle cave, Saint-Cirq Lapopie,....), this charming character residence with dovecote built on a property of 6,800 m2 of land with heated swimming pool is the ideal place for all nature lovers who want to recharge their batteries by enjoying the calm of the Bouriane countryside, the joys of the river (fishing, canoeing, swimming) and the benefits of walking on the many surrounding hiking trails.
