Pool Construction Notice: Please be advised that a pool installation is scheduled to take place in the backyard beginning in late December and is expected to continue through March. During this time, there may be construction activity, including noise and the presence of workers during normal daytime hours. The backyard isn't accessible, only the patio. We've reduced the rates to reflect the work and no further refunds or compensation will be provided. If you are booking after April 2026 the pool installation will be completed!

Screen door was broke off master bedroom. Cigarettes butts were left on upstairs patio deck. Spray nozzle was broke on down stairs patio faucet. Other than these minor details our stay was great. The town house was clean, spacious and close to beach and stores. Had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Fantastic home. We travelled with our family of 5, along with my sisters family of 4, and mother/step-father. 6 adults and 5 kids from 12-17 years can get pretty crowded but this home was very spacious. We never felt like we were in each others way.
The photos don't quite do it justice. The upper level has 4 bedrooms. 2 on each end and with a living room separating them. Us 4 adults were at one end and shared a large bathroom with shower. On the other end, our one boy had a room to himself, and then 4 girls were able to comfortably share the large room with multiple beds and they had a large bathroom as well.
The grandparents took the large master suite on the main floor which was wonderful and had a screened in porch area, very large ensuite bathroom, and a separate bathroom just outside for anybody on the main floor. Living room/kitchen area was spacious. We didn't all eat together and but with the breakfast bar, the kitchen table, and those that chose to eat in the screen in room had plenty of room.
Outside was a picnic table, chairs, bbq, small firepit and hot tub! Room to play cornhole or just lay around.
Just inside the front door was a room with a larger dining room table. We didn't find the need to use this but those inclined to have a larger sit down meal together would find this useful.
The 'games' room shown is actually the garage. It had the pool table/table tennis, darts, arcade game, foosball, etc. What I wasn't expecting, was how much time we spent in the late evening hanging out here. It had its own fridge, TV, and AC. We would also open the garage door and enjoy the nice evening breeze. It also stored all the beach equipment, chairs, towels, etc put had plenty of space.
Everything was great and we had everything we needed - TV in pretty much every room! Laundry was upstairs with TWO new sets of washer and dryers.
Outside, the driveway holds three vehicles. With 2 large SUV's and a minivan, it was a little tight but all fit just fine. Garbage pick up was twice a week which was nice. The community pool wasn't large but enough for our kids and others to enjoy it. It had plenty of lounge chairs and a bathroom facility right there!
Our communication with Happy Palms Stays was fantastic. We had originally booked through a national vacation home rental app but the property was just acquired by Happy Palms Stays. We were a little hesitant to book with a company we weren't familiar with but were so happy we did.
We had one slight issue with a new AC unit that wasn't properly installed by the previous owner. We messaged and they got back to us right away and had an HVAC company and friendly property manager over that day. It was a quick fix and house was ice cold afterwards. They even messaged me to let me know about a 24 hour water boil advisory in the area.
I would highly recommend this location. Spacious, and everything you need. Our family has stayed at a number of rental locations in Florida and found the company to be extremely professional and friendly. Property was well maintained and competitively priced. One of our best family vacations. Thank you!
