Are you looking for a calm and rejuvenating stay, 400m from the sea in a Breton fishing village?
Located in the heart of Guilvinec, known for its fishing port, white sandy beaches and water activities. Discover this charming house for 6 people, it offers a great setting with a lovely enclosed garden, ideal for families or stays with friends. You can enjoy the garden furniture and barbecue for delicious summer grilling, as well as a bright veranda, perfect for relaxing.
At the entrance of the house there are two private parking spaces for you to park throughout your stay.
You will enter a large open room, consisting of a kitchen, a lounge with satellite TV (TNT channels) and a dining room with access to the veranda and garden. The kitchen is modern and equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, two coffee makers (Senseo and filter), dishwasher, toaster, as well as all the kitchen utensils necessary to prepare good meals. In the adjacent room, you will find a bedroom with a double bed 140*190cm. A bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer) complete the ground floor.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with two single beds 90*190cm as well as a bedroom equipped with a double bed 140*190cm and its private bathroom with shower. You will also find a desk area in enfilade. An independent toilet is present on the upper floor.
Ideally situated for families and close to the sea, the rental is located at:
- 400 m from the "Grève Blanche" sandy beach,
- 700 m from the restaurant "An Atoll",
- 700 m from the restaurant "Le poisson d'avril",
- 800 m from the fishing city Haliotika
