About this house rental
Enjoy your morning coffee with spectacular sunrises looking down the canal. Typical Florida landscaping with palm trees, hibiscus, mango, avocado, orange, lime, lots of banana trees. Screened in Heated Pool and attached Spa.
Private Dock with 7000 lb. boat lift. Direct access to Gulf of Mexico.
Large kitchen, Enclosed patio with dining , 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths. large driveway with plenty of parking for cars, trailers.
Other things to note
Beaches are about 20 minutes by boat or an hour via car from our home on the island. Boat ramps are within a couple blocks of our home.

We had a fantastic vacation at this property. The house was very clean & comfortable. It is a quick walk from several bars & restaurants The host was super attentive & polite. I highly recommmend staying here.

Fully stocked, homey, comfortable, with a beautiful view of the channel. Short distance to fun bar/restaurants. Friendly neighbors!
