With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The location is perfect for easy access to downtown and the neighborhood itself has many little shops and restaurants, we particularly liked BTW. The apartment is nicely updated and furnished, combining modern conveniences with classic architecture. The bed was very comfy and the large shower was great. There is private parking right outside the door, but we didn’t have a car and instead walked or took the free shuttle everywhere.

Some spider webbs dust on baseboards stains on sink window shade, dryer defective, lighting in property fair

Nice property, excellent location. Would recommend that the upstairs bedroom have a better curtain over the sink. The light from the street is pretty bright at night. Also, the dryer needs some maintenance. Very loud sort of piercing noise. Small fixes. Otherwise, nice place to stay.
