PRIVATE BEACH/POOL ACCESS-Minutes to the Beach/Rents as 4 bedroom- 4 Bikes

We had a wonderful vacation, and the home was perfect for our family of 6 adults and an infant. Lots of lovely spaces to enjoy. Convenient to shops and dining as well as the pools and the beach. No need to drive anywhere! The host was very helpful and responded quickly when we had questions. We plan to return!

This is a beautiful home in the perfect location. The pictures don’t do it justice. We enjoyed the patio with the fountain the most. Beds are really comfortable and the ice machine in kitchen was a great plus. Easy walk to the beach, just take the walkway at the front of the house straight to beach access H. We rented chairs and umbrellas, it was expensive but worth it. Four great bikes out front and some beach equipment in the garage. We loved how easy it is to walk to the shops and restaurants. There are not many paper products or trash bags so bring some or get from the store. Some suggestions would be to add a shade to carriage house door, provide more than just 2 keys, or better yet an electronic key system because some of the locks were really hard to use, and add a garage key pad to make it easier to get in and out. You will love this home! We miss Rosemary Beach already, it’s just so beautiful.

We had an overall 5-star stay and would absolutely return. The home is in a prime location—easy walking distance to the square, the beach walkover, and several great restaurants. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and management was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The beds were comfortable, and the house was well-stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay.We did bring a few items to management’s attention so they could be aware for future guests, and Cheryl went above and beyond to address everything quickly during our stay. Mary was amazing—so kind and helpful—and Alex also did a wonderful job. Their level of care really stood out.There were a few minor hiccups and one day with some interruptions while things were being addressed, but we appreciated the prompt attention and communication.One thing to note for future guests is the parking situation. It’s a bit unclear, and there’s really only space for one vehicle at the house. The “parking pad” is a small brick area in front of the garage, and depending on your vehicle size, you may extend slightly into the street to open doors comfortably. This could be something to consider for larger vehicles or groups with multiple cars. We did accidentally park in a neighboring space due to the confusion, so just something to be aware of.Overall, a great stay with excellent management—we would definitely come back.
