About this house rental
VipDallasProperties brings you another incredible vacation experience. Enjoy a stylish and centrally-located private home that is within 20 minutes of everything. Wonderful outdoor area with heated pool, putting green, lots of shaded seating, and a fire pit. This well-appointed home is professionally decorated, and EVERYTHING is brand new as of June 2023.
Professionally decorated from top to bottom. Enjoy your coffee or cocktail in the large outdoor space that has plenty of comfortable seating, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, a large diving pool, and a putting green. Starting around noon, the huge tree supplies shade for 80% of the backyard and pool and last throughout the rest of the afternoon.
With two living areas and a huge game room, you will have plenty of room to spread out.
Very near excellent and authentic restaurants and bars.
The home is about:
15 minutes to Love Field
20 minutes to DFW Airport
20 minutes to Downtown
25 minutes to AT&T Stadium
20 minutes to The Star
20 minutes to KBH Convention
10 minutes to the best BBQ in Texas
10 minutes to the Galeria Mall
The entire home.
I live 10 minutes away and can meet in case of an emergency, but I do not meet our guests in person.
This is a quiet, nice neighborhood. Most of the homes around have been remodeled in the last few years.
You need a car or uber.
It is an additional $150 per day to heat the pool with a two-day minimum. The pool can not be heated if the temperature is below 45 degrees. Pool heating is not needed or offered from May 15- October 1st. (With acceptions)
