PROPERTY AMENITIES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc., as needed.
HEATED POOLS
Houses advertised with a heated pool can be heated during the following time periods: March 1st- June 1st and September 1st- November 1st of each year. Please note that pool heaters will not operate if the air temperature surrounding the heat pump drops below 55 degrees Fahrenheit. The pool heat will only heat the water 10 to 15 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
Houses that offer pool heat (standard size pool) have an additional fee of $375 (electric) or $500 (gas) and must be requested to be added to the reservation. A few of our premier homes that have oversized pools have an additional fee of $600 to heat. Please request to add on pool heat after booking your reservation. Pool heat must be added more than 72 hours from the day of check in and cannot be added after arrival.
The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

We had a great family stay here over New Year’s! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location in Surfside Beach was perfect — close to the beach and everything we needed. It was a great spot for a relaxing family vacation, and we’d happily stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We stayed at this property for four nights with four couples, ages 20 to 65. The home was beautiful, cozy, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and great dining spots. The neighborhood was peaceful during the week before the weekend crowd arrived.There were a few minor issues: the Keurig didn’t work, we couldn’t find standard eating utensils, and there were several water bugs. There was also a mix-up with the linen service. We had declined it, but linens were left for us. It took over 24 hours to clarify that we wouldn’t be charged, though one couple had already used some towels. The person who picked them up was quite rude, but the Property Management Company was professional and responsive. They confirmed the error was on housekeeping’s end and assured us there would be no charge, which I greatly appreciated.A lovely touch was the family photos throughout the home, they added warmth and a sense of nostalgia. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and overall, the Property Management team was great to work with. We would love to stay again!
