About this apartment rental

The apartment, which can accommodate up to 5 people, is located at the bottom of the port street with a side view of the sea, 50 meters from it, and about 100 m from the footpath.
Our T3 of 57 m2 renovated (May 2019) is classified 3 stars, it is located on the first floor of a small co-ownership of four units. Very bright, it includes:
- a living room with: a large three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo,
- a kitchen open to living room:
a large table with 6 chairs, oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker nespresso, coffee filter, kettle, toaster.
- a shower room with a large shower
- a separate toilet
- a washing machine
- a bedroom: a double bed and a large sliding closet
- a second bedroom: a trundle bed (which allows to have a bed for two people or an extra bed), a single bed and a large sliding closet.
The bedding of our rooms is new.
We provide a free high chair, a folding child's bed.
Our apartment also has a garage available.
Pets not allowed and non smoking apartment.
Possibility to rent the bed linen: 10 € per single bed and 15 € for the double bed.
Cleaning option: 50 €.
A deposit check of 500 € will be requested upon arrival.

This was the hub of our visit to SAN Malo and Mont saint Michel but could have just enjoyed this beautiful little town! The apartment was well appointed and very clean. A very small irritant was you could at times hear the family above us. Also the extra charge for linens and towels, would have rather they charged a little more but understand they often have people stay there from other parts of France who can bring these things with them.We would still highly recommend the unit. Would definitely stay there again!

The apartment has everything you need for a great stay in Cancale. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It’s close to the restaurants and oyster market, but also only a short walk to the town center shops.
