Our home has 3 beds & a full bath. Includes a dedicated private laundry, shared backyard & free on-street parking.

- If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette butts safely in the trash.
3️⃣ No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms 🍽️
- Help us keep the space clean and pest-free by enjoying meals in designated dining areas.
4️⃣ No Parties or Events🎉
- Out of respect for our neighbors, parties and events are not allowed. (This is especially important in properties with shared walls.)
5️⃣ No Illegal Substances 🚫
- The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.

The space was spotless, cozy and comfortable. I hosted Christmas dinner there, and the kitchen was well equipped. We also liked the game room, and appreciated the fireplace. The host was prompt on returning messages.

Our stay here was wonderful! Such a cute, homey place to stay with all the amenities needed. Kat was a very responsive and kind host. I would highly recommend!

The home was clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfy (and we have a nice bed at home, so to say that means a lot!) and the linens were very soft and a perfect weight. We were able to bring our dog for the fenced in back yard which was wonderful. Kat was very responsive for a hiccup with the neighbors in the other part of the duplex. It was resolved right away. She was a great host. Would definitely return.
