THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
•We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started.
• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - 1.5 Miles)
POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day+tax.
2-Minimum: entire stay
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
BBQ GRILL
There is a extra charge of $85+tax to use it. The fee covers the cost to use and clean the grill only, it does not include a propane tank. You may trade in propane tank for a full one or use any left over.

Clean, quiet, easy, comfortable! We had a group of three in the house easily would have remained comfortable with two or three more, or more. We would certainly rent here again in the future

The place was clean and the host was very reaponsive abd friendly. I highly reccomend to anyone looking to stay in flordia. The location was central to every park and the airport. Amazing food neetby as well.

This vacation home was all that was advertised and more. The beautiful home offered plenty of space for everyone to have their own space and quiet time when needed, while still allowing for gathering together with the giant TV and couch in the central space of the home, while the person in the kitchen could still participate. Really nice to have 4 bathrooms and showers. Master bath gave us plenty of room to spread out on the giant sink counter. The backyard pool was nice to visit whenever we wanted, and offered lots of fun for our boys. The bigger pool and water fun at the Hideaway Club was nice, and offered great drinks, facilities, ice cream, food, and more. It was crowded at time, and in direct sun, so bring your sunscreen! The host was fantastic, getting back to me within minutes and checking in frequently. We needed a battery for the fan remote and she had it there the next morning. Would love to stay with her as host again.Beds were very comfortable. AC worked great. Good water pressure.We were mainly going to Disney, and it couldn't have been much easier to get to Osceola Parkway which goes right into the Disney main gate. We were parked at Hollywood Studios within 12 minutes one night. Universal was about 30-40 minutes, but part of that is because their parking complex is difficult. Parking at house was great, almost always a spot right across the street.Can't say enough good things. Thanks again!
