About this house rental
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home is fully furnished and overlooks Black River. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with an additional open room that has a bed. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and cookware. Everything is provided except toiletries and food. The second floor has a walk out balcony that overlooks the river. A very spacious garage for storage. Rocky Point Drive is a public boat landing located 4.7 miles away (about a 10 minute drive).

Was a wonderful place! Road on the way in to the location was kinda sketchy but turned out to be a nice location. Host was easy to communicate with.

This is our second time staying at the Barn.We really enjoy the property as it is tucked away in the woods along the river. We will be back again next year!

Location was quiet and secluded. House was clean and garage was great for my boat and car. About 20 minutes to Georgetown (no restaurants or groceries nearby). Two negative things. House is 1 mile down gravel road so car/boat full of dust. Nightly rate is misleading. Check cleaning fee and service charges so look at the overall rate, not the nightly rate. Hotels in Georgetown look very low end so this is nice option.
