You'll have full private access to the main house, patio, and driveway. Self-check-in details arrive by 6 AM on your arrival day. A detached guest home is available on the property separately—inquire about availability for larger groups or extended stays. Our family of 4 adults loved our stay at Spanish Charm (Casa Espana). The house was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy and the patio area was very nice. As a woman, I felt very safe during my morning walks throughout the area. There are several good restaurants within walking distance in the Northwood Historic District. We all enjoyed the home and would stay again.

Wonderful place! Safe, clean, and comfortable and close to main attractions. Would have just liked a little bit better lighting outside. Hard to see key pad at night. Would definitely stay again.

Write a review of property that we stayed in during our trip to West Palm Beach for the first time: There for an invite only baseball tournament with Perfect Game. We purchased the VRBO due to location, room for family time & a kitchen for cooking & spending time at the table as a family. On Saturday afternoon the washer starting leaking all around the unit. I immediately contacted the property management that sent me to the maintenance department. They were not able to fix the washer until Tuesday morning. This was an issue because we chose a house specifically for this ability to keep his baseball uniform clean for each day during this special event. We also requested someone fix the ice machine since my son was needing ice cold water in his water bottle in the heat/o playing in it for hours. I was given a list of suggestions to fix on my own. None of which worked. That was never resolved during our stay. The house was beautiful & the location was perfect for our adventures! I was just disappointment in some of the amenities that drew us to spending the extra money rather than going with cheaper option with a hotel.
