Genteel Home Santa Teresa is located in a protected historic building in the iconic Plaza de Santa Cruz, with access from Santa Teresa Street. The complete renovation carried out in 2018 carefully preserved all possible original architectural elements of this medieval-style historic house, creating a unique space where guests can enjoy absolute tranquility along with all modern comforts.
This charming studio is perfect for enjoying a comfortable stay in a prime location. It features a spacious living area with a sofa and TV next to a 1.50 by 1.90 meter bed, a full bathroom with shower, and a separate kitchen fully equipped with everything you need.
The building’s renovation preserved original architectural and historic elements, such as the exposed brick walls and windows surrounding the studio, giving it unique elegance and character.
The setting is unbeatable: Santa Teresa Street and Santa Cruz Square are two of Seville’s most beautiful places, full of history and tradition. Just steps away, you’ll find small traditional bars serving the best tapas, artisanal shops, and countless charming spots to explore. The Cathedral, Alcázar, and Giralda are only minutes on foot.
Additionally, the public parking on Cano y Cueto Street is just steps away, and direct connections to Santa Justa train station and the airport are only minutes away, making transportation during your stay easy and hassle-free.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
