About this apartment rental
This location is close to the airport (about a 10-15 minute drive depending on traffic). There is a convenience store just one block away (less than a 3 minute walk), great if you don't have a car. Only a 15-20 minute drive away from downtown New Orleans if you do have a car (depends on traffic).
The space
This location has free high-speed Wi-Fi with 3 smart TVs (1 in each bedroom + downstairs). Two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, kitchen and dining room. There is plenty of parking at the location. A parking lot to the left and street parking to the right. The couch in the living room can also be used as a bed (very comfy).
Guest access
You'll have the whole unit to yourself. There is lock box access so you can arrive at anytime.
Other things to note
For the coffee lovers out there. We now have a coffee maker with Community coffee, cream, and sugar available. There is also a Starbucks nearby off of Esplanade and the convenience store a block away also sells coffee products.
This location is also walking distance from Laketown park, Treasure Chest Casino, and Pontchartrain Convention and Civic Center.

*Rooms do not have dressers, but closets have hangers and luggage racks.
*No cable TV, Only Internet with 3 smart TVs provided.
*The place doesn't have a lot of artwork or stylish items, it's plain as our main focus is to provide a clean, simple, and affordable place to stay.

The property was as described, very lovely, clean, and well-prepared. We enjoyed our short stay overall. We had one minor issue with another tenant and her assigned packing spot (,we weren't told about this, she came beating on ourdoor at 4 am) other than that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend.

The stay was perfect ! Everybody slept comfortably… enjoyed the fenced balcony.. the condo took a minute to cool off but no biggie ! THE GREAT THING WAS HE ALLOWED US TO CHECK IN EARLY ..

Stayed one night, before we left a cruise from NOLA. Owner, Greg, was easy to work with and quick to respond to messages. The neighborhood was not what we are used but it worked out fine. Great location other than the planes since it's close to the airport but got used to it. The description was accurate and place was clean but the carpet could either be cleaned or replaced upstairs. Would be willing to stay here again if we return to the area. Thank you.
