House which includes a large bright living room (50m2), a fully equipped modern kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room and two toilets. The indoor/outdoor life of this house is very much appreciated thanks to its enclosed garden, its terrace and the green wall that surrounds it. It hosts a south/west facing terrace on which you can spend your summer evenings around the barbecue or other nice moment of relaxation. Put down your suitcases and your car, and do everything on foot or by bike.
On the first floor of the house you have a fitted kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and everything you need to cook, a central island and stools.
