Apartment in a newly renovated house - located on the 1st floor of a 2-storey building.
The house is located in a context of absolute relaxation, on a hill - surrounded by greenery, nature and quiet.
The apartment can be reached by motorbike or car and is located in the small and characteristic village of Villa Vignolo - just 15 minutes by car from the beautiful Sestri Levante.
Once on site there are no assigned parking spaces, but it is easy to find parking near the house, with a short pedestrian path to get to the front door.
The accommodation consists of a very bright three-room apartment composed as follows:
- independent entrance to the living area (with sofa bed)
- independent kitchenette
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bedroom with a double sofa bed
- small closet
- blind bathroom with shower and internal ventilation
The apartment also has a small terrace with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Tigullio, to enjoy moments of pure relaxation, eat or simply admire the beautiful sunsets.
