The Space:
This Oceanfront unit has been updated to offer an incredible beach experience. With breathtaking views of the ocean, comfortable furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living area, you will be in paradise. The condo also features a spacious balcony where you can sit back and relax. With the complex having 2 pools, a kids pool, and 2 hot tubs (subject to seasonal hours below), this rental is perfect for families, couples, or a group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: From the parking lot, take the stairs **No elevator** up to the 3rd floor. It will be self check-in with a keypad access code.
Kitchen: Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Breakfast bar. Cup coffee machine.
Family room: Spacious sofa. Access to oceanfront balcony.
Bedroom 1: Large bedroom. Balcony access! Attached bathroom.
Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Includes a TV. 2 twin beds **UPDATED SINCE PHOTOS**
Bathroom 2: In the hallway. Includes a full shower/tub.
Balcony: Oceanfront. Unobstructed. Incredible view for sunrises!
Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.
Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex.
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags povided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Private machines in unit... OR coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.
Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform
Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.
All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or fees be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.

Rooms were clean, properly is sprayed for any bugs, well maintained, kitchen has almost everything you would need for a vacation stay. Nice oceanfront balcony with comfortable chairs and wonderful view. Only thing is the unit was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevators in the buildings. We are in our early 70’s and managed ok but for some the lack of an elevator may be an issue.

The view was gorgeous. The balcony overlooked the ocean with window view as well as access to the balcony from the master bedroom. The second bedroom is an inside room with no windows or a/c, heat unit. The units from the living room and master bedroom warmed up that room. Not sure during heat of summer, but there is a ceiling fan. The master bathroom is small and tight quarters, but updated shower, which was very nice. The main bathroom can use a makeover, but worked fine. My daughter and I had a relaxing stay, albeit, the furniture is a bit uncomfortable. All said, I thoroughly enjoyed having my morning tea on the balcony watching the pelicans and crashing waves. Great way to begin each day!
