Located 2 miles south of Custer along US Hwy 385, we are at the heart of the southern Black Hills greatest attractions. Wind Cave National Park (18 miles) to the south, Custer State Park (9 miles) to the east, Jewel Cave National Monument (15 miles) to the west, along with Mt. Rushmore National Monument (23 miles) and Crazy Horse Memorial (9 miles) to our north!

Cabin was perfect for a short getaway. Everything we needed as we spent most of our time hiking, so just needed a home base to sleep and relax. Was greeted upon arrival to make sure we got in ok. Very nice people. The only drawback of this place is you share the grounds with RV/Permanent Campers, but they were not a disturbance at all. Just wish that was a bit more upfront when booking. Otherwise great place and close proximity to everything we wanted to do.

The cabin was clean and really only a two person cabin at most. The incredibly steep staircase to the loft is sketchy, and the headroom in the loft dictates that a 9 year old or less sleeps up there.
The cabins are not nestled in the woods, but on an open piece of land next to an airport and in an industrial area just off the highway. It was a pricey cabin given there are so many other cabins on the way up the hillside to be rented. fyi
