Enjoy water views from almost every angle of this stand-out apartment, with floor-to-ceiling windows and bi-fold doors creating a seamless flow of natural light. There are also two covered outdoor terraces where you can sit back and admire the turquoise waters of the Whitsundays.

Location
This apartment has a tranquil yet convenient location on the marina side of the island. It's just a short buggy ride to all of the island's key attractions.

Luxury interiors
With contemporary, state-of-the-art amenities, every detail of this apartment has been crafted for comfort and luxury. All towels and bedding are included with your stay, including beach towels. The apartment also includes air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout.

Kitchen and laundry
A fully-equipped, open plan kitchen makes self-catering a breeze. There is also a full laundry, with washing machine and dryer, for your convenience. There is a starter supply of capsules for the Nespresso Machine – don’t forget to bring your favourite pods.

Pools
Enjoy a dip in the complex's shared wet edge pool which is surrounded by tropical gardens.

Room to move
This spacious home offers three generously-sized bedrooms, and three and a half bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. There is also a sofa bed in the living area. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Outdoor space
Make the most of Hamilton Island's beautiful weather by relaxing on your outdoor balcony which has a BBQ and outdoor table that can seat six people.


Buggy.
This property includes 1x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free

Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
