Perfect for us, but just know it is a duplex and you can hear your neighbors. If we were not at the lake most of the time, it could have been a problem.

Evolve had sent the wrong gate code, I contacted the contact they gave me who was the owner and she apologized for the inconvenience and provided a working gate code. The inside of property was clean and everything was in good working order. I love the property and have rebooked another stay.

Upon arrival, the neighborhood is very pleasant, appears to be well cared for by the home owners. The unit was quite warm, very warm up stairs. There is a portable AC unit in the smaller bedroom. The part on the exhaust hose that goes out the window was broken. We had to use foil and a plastic package to block the hot air from returning.
