Place was very nice. I had to take my mom to Seattle to visit her sister who is fighting cancer. This place was very centrally located for us to walk to her treatment center and downtown when petty aunt rest. I had asked 48 hours in advance if we could get an early check in and the host was very accommodating. It can be a bit noisy at night as it’s close to the freeway but it didn’t bother us. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to be centrally located for walking, buses or light rail. I will stay here again when needing to come back.

Brusque but effective communication; everything as expected, nothing exceptional. Furniture is well-used, the apartment's a bit unadorned, but the location is convenient to downtown and Capital Hill. Heater instructions and adjustments were unclear and difficult to access, but I eventually figured it out. Probably wouldn't rent again in favor of somewhere more comfortable.
