You and your friends/family will feel at home at this charming one story , 3 bedroom/2 full bath beautifully appointed and newly renovated house located in the East Venice Community. House offers lots of things to be enjoyed: spacious and cozy living room, large outdoor are with heated pool , seating area overlooking heated pool , computer table and chair to work remotely if needed.

From the time we walked in till the time we left we were treated to a well maintained and stocked home. The owners were incredible and communication quick and easy. The location was great for us. Close to the beach. Easy access to stores. We needed a travel crib and it was brought in within hours of the request. Highly recommended!
