The location of the property was fantastic. Really easy access to the ski school and main lifts. Absolute ideal location for families.

It is not often that I take the time to write a review, but on this occasion I felt like I needed to give an honest opinion for people who are travelling and staying at this place so they can be prepared. Cleanliness - the apartment was extremely dirty. There was a significant amount of dust everywhere; on the walls, on the furniture and under (not far under) the beds/furniture. I do not think that Odalys funds any cleaning. The expectation to clean seems to be purely on the residents. I understand that with self catering there is often an expectation to keep the apartment in good order, but in my opinion, this is excessive. We needed to leave in the afternoon and wanted to eat lunch in the apartment beforehand. I had planned to cook. I asked at reception whether we could load the dishwasher, turn it on and leave the dishes clean. I was informed that this was not allowed and that the kitchen must be completely cleaned before we left. For time purposes, we ended up having to eat out for lunch. Heating - the heating is controlled by the apartment. The thermostat is in the living room, so in order to keep the apartment warm, that room needed to remain cool. The heating switches off completely at night. It was cold and uncomfortable. When spending £3500 on an apartment for a week, the bear minimum is to be able to control the heating yourself, especially when returning from a day of skiing and the only thing you want is to curl up in the warmth. Swimming pool - this was very cold. As stated in all the other reviews, it makes the experience unenjoyable. Reception opening hours - these are limited. When we arrived the reception was closed. When we first entered our apartment, there were not enough bed sheets and no reception open to request more. We had to sleep on dirty bedding on the first night. Locker room - this was tiny and badly designed. See other reviews which I agree with. Rude staff - Apart from a young lady on reception, the staff were very rude.

Its the closest location to the slopes and is genuinely ski in ski out. The boot room is quite tight so you have to time when you go to the boot room to not coincide with ski school times. The room was good and better than we have had before in the same apartment building. All kitchen equipment we needed was available and great to have a dishwasher. We had an ensuite which was lovely.

The swimming pool is too cold to use, needs to be heated more. The front of the building faces the road and in the morning is very noisy, bin lorries, deliveries etc etc and some mornings these started at 4am so this is a major down side. Would be better to have a room at the back of the building.

Very comfortable and roomy apartment with direct access to the slopes.

Perfect location right next to the Grand Vans lift in Flaine Foret. Easy access to the entire resort, great little bakery nearby. Loved our stay

The bed was not as comfortable as we would like but having our own apartment with such a great view more than made up for it. :-)

Excellent location. Ski lockers and parking on site.

Super location - ski in/ski out and also close to the slopes. The ski locker room is heated and there is also a laundrette. The apartment was tired-looking but the rooms were clean on arrival.

The accommodation is expensive - at 3,000EUR for 7 nights for 1-bedroom plus cabin - there should not be an expectation to clean the property at the end of the stay (instructions include: stripping beds, emptying the dishwasher filter, hoovering the kitchen and then emptying the hooverm wiping the bins etc). There is also use of the pool for ~2hrs each evening. The pool is freezing and far too cold to use. There is also use of the sauna/steam room but it is 10 EUR per person for 30 mins.

Location was epic!!! Bars and slopes on door. Ski room.

No ovens. Take an air fryer. Pillows bad too. Take your own - pool was nice but not warm enough. Sauna and steam should be free not charged at slots. Pointless - check in times should be staggered.

Can’t beat the location

Everything was really good but there is a Lack of seating space in the boot room and hooks to hang ski kit in the accommodation, very minor issues for us and the location more than made up for this.
