About this house rental
Located in the quiet village of Chayofa, near Arona, the very spacious Villa Ginevra offers an excellent view of the sea and the mountains.
The 600 m2 villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 16 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 32 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a washing machine as well as 8 TVs located in some of the bedrooms and living room. There is air conditioning in the kitchen, living room and all bedrooms upstairs.
There is a suite that has a bathroom with a shower and a hydromassage bathtub.
Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms without air conditioning, but with a fan instead.
On top of that, a private sauna is also provided for your enjoyment.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Your private outdoor area includes a heated pool, a jacuzzi, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The open terrace is furnished with comfortable loungers, lounge chairs and umbrellas and a table and the covered terrace offers a dining area with a table and chairs. Spend the day sunbathing on one of the sun loungers and take a refreshing dip in the pool afterwards. In the evening, you can prepare a meal for the whole group and enjoy a glass of wine, surrounded by nature and tranquility.

Due to the strict noise rules of the residential area, parties and events are not allowed. Loud noises are forbidden from 21:00 PM to 08:00 AM, and it's strictly forbidden to disturb the neighbours' rest.
Pets are not allowed. The jacuzzi and pool can be heated under request with an extra cost to be payable on site.
The property has a Turkish bath and a cinema/meeting room, which guests can use upon request and at additional cost.
Flexible check-in and check-out times are subject to availability and only on request.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
CCTV is located outside the property, directed to the main entrance and the garage door, recording by movement.

Pros: The facilities and house were perfect for us, as a large group of friends with children. It was well equipped and the host went above and beyond to provide us with things upon our request to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, and as easy with small children who were with us. Cots, highchairs, children cutlery and crockery. The pool area was a perfect place for us to chill and have fun in the day with the kids and a relaxing area at night, although we loved to spend our evening by the BBQ area cooking up a storm or in the upper outdoor lounge area off the sitting room. There were so many bedrooms to choose from and the place was immaculately designed resented and well equipped with pillows, bedding, aircon in all rooms and choice of bedroom spaces.
I think one of my favourite things was the blackout blinds provided in most of the main house rooms, with small children this was a godsend for naps and bedtime.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Thank you :)
Cons: The pool itself was a little bit too dangerous for the young children as the steps into it are very sharp and pointed and actually my young daughter did cut her ankle open quite badly on it. It’s very aesthetically pleasing but not very child friendly. Also the steps up/down to the pool area from the entrance are very steep and dangerous for young kids so you have to be on it with them at all times. We used Sun Loungers to block them off so the young kids (1year olds) couldn’t get down quickly before we could get to them.
Around the pool the tiles are very slippy when wet and even testing to the adults at times. The same goes for the inside of the property. Shiny wet-look aesthetically pleasing floors but not practical as a pool house floor.

We had the best stay at Villa Ginevra! The whole Villa was absolutely beautiful. The host did absolutely everything to help whenever she could, going the extra mile for us, booking taxis and helping with understanding the surrounding area of Chayofa and its shops, restaurants and bus routes
This Villa is stunning and has everything you need for a large group or family to enjoy the South of Tenerife
