About this house rental
This Mountain estate is located on 15 private wooded acres in diamond condition. The upper floor has four bedrooms, the master bedroom has king bed with en suite bath with marble tile and jacuzzi bath. Kids' bedroom has four twins and a trundle bed. The other two bedrooms have private bathrooms also: one with king and one with two twins. All bedrooms have smart TV and cable.
The first floor has a large family room/eat in kitchen that has a completly renovated as of Summer 2023 with dining table that seats 12. The kitchen has a sit down island that seats 6-8 There is a 75-inch smart TV in the family room with lots of seating. Off this living area is a large deck with a eight-person hot tub covered by a gazebo roof. The large step-down living room has a gas fireplace with a large 75" smart flat screen TV.
The lower level includes two bedrooms with one full bath. The recreation room has a wet bar, wood burning stove, pool table, ping-pong, foosball and darts. There is a two-car attached garage.

This property is wonderful, if anything it's almost under represented in the listing. Lots of different hang out spaces beautiful kitchen/dining area that easily accommodates a large group. Mark was easy to communicate with and responsive. Thanks!

My extended family and I enjoyed a perfect ski weekend at this home. It is located just 4 miles from Mt Snow.
The home is beautiful, well maintained and large enough to accommodate a big group. The hot tub was large, worked well and was located on the deck, right outside of the dining area. The downstairs had a pool table, ping pong table and a foosball table. I strongly recommend this home for a family ski vacation.

Very convenient to Mount Snow and the towns of Dover/Wilmington. Plenty of space for our four families without feeling cramped. The game room in the basement is a nice bonus. We got 4"-6" of snow while we were there and the driveway was cleared/plowed by the time we got up the next day.
