The property is located by the sea on “Vista Coral” development featuring a boardwalk, marina and variety of high-quality dining options. Fish and sea food tacos are a local creation and delicacy.
The condo is in a brand-new building with the best location in town to enjoy the most amazing sunsets from our terrace.
We encourage you to visit the city and mix and mingle with locals at “El Malecón” promenade which stretches for over four-miles along the bay of La Paz where you can enjoy a variety of restaurants and cafes. La Paz is a beautiful small size historic city with a charming old town, central plaza, cathedral and art museum, all within walking distance from the condo.
We are sure you will want to relax and enjoy the condo with all its amenities, however, should you decide to be adventurous, several options are available with local tour operators. We can help you arrange everything you need if you want to go sport fishing, sea kayaking, swimming with the sea lions, whale watching -in a place where if lucky you can actually touch the gray whales-, swim side by side with whale sharks, snorkeling, scuba diving with giant manta rays, sailing, yachting, watercrafting or paddle boarding
For off-road enthusiasts, UTV and ATV tours are available. For desert lovers there is sandboarding in the sand dunes and trekking in the mountains and beach trails.
The possibilities for enjoying La Paz are ENDLESS.

La Paz is a two hour drive north of popular Cabo San Lucas but with its laid-back vibe, it might as well be a world away. You can fly to La Paz via Los Cabos´ airport extensive destinations in the US and Canada or fly direct connecting in Dallas and Phoenix or from southern California using the Cross-Border Express in Tijuana´s airport that serves the San Diego area.
Since the zone is the most popular, you can easily find Ubers and taxis around the corner, however, we highly recommend renting a car at the airport – book in advance (there are four parking spaces at your disposal in the building´s basement) to enjoy everything La Paz has to offer, including the nearby beaches, like Balandra, the most beautiful in Mexico and one of the most idyllic in the world according to several renowned international publications

This place looked just like the pictures and was in walking distance to everything. Beautiful views. Incredible place with modern touches and furnishings. Had a few minor things I had to check in with the host on and he answered right away and came over himself within the hour on a Sunday. Highly recommend!

This is a gorgeous property that had plenty of space for our whole family. We were blown away by the balcony view!
The space was very clean and had awesome amenities— if we are ever back in La Paz we will be reaching out to stay here again! Thank you!
