Relax in the hot tub with your friends and family at this peaceful place. Green sharable fenced backyard and hot tub. Free parking space for 1 car on the driveway and 5 on the free street parking spaces. Maximum 4 people allowed plus 1 child with additional bed by the request. Our guest unit is a part of the big house on the basement level, but with private entrance which included private bedroom, bathroom, laundry room and a kitchen with all appliances. In-unit heating and cooling system with remote control. Enjoy also outdoor fire pit, grill and amazing relaxing hot tube. New comfortable memory foam mattress, 52" TV with regular channels, Roku, Netflix, games, good signal of internet and computer table (perfect for remote working). Also we can provide additional bed, car seat, stroller, high chair for babies or toddler by the request.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Ms. Inna was very sweet and accommodating. We were only there for a short time to go to a family member’s funeral, but coming back to this cozy little place was so nice. She left us a pack n play, highchair, toys and books for my little guy, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Next time we come to PA we will be hoping to stay here again. It was wonderful for the 3 of us.

Our son was playing hockey at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex in Cranberry Township. This apartment was about 20 minutes from the rink and provided a quiet and comfortable spot for us and our 2 dogs! The property manager was helpful and communicative. We would definitely stay there again!

I was in Pittsburgh for a month, and this place worked nicely. Nice quiet neighborhood, small but complete kitchen, space and good internet to work remotely. Thanks! Only feedback I have is that it would be nice if the smoke detector were further from the stove / kitchen. It was pretty easy to set it off by cooking, even with the fan on.

This was our very first time booking on Vrbo & also renting a property in general while out of town. We originally had booked a hotel months ago, but a day or two before I was looking at prices & different options. I eventually discovered Inna’s listing & we ended up paying the exact price we would’ve spent on a hotel so I was very pleased!! She was very quick in responding which I greatly appreciated. We arrived much later than we planned on & everything was exactly what we needed while away. Being able to do laundry was a huge plus, having all the necessary kitchen appliances was incredible, bed was comfortable for my boyfriend and I, the futon was plenty big enough for my 8 year old daughter. The air conditioner was very strong which was amazing. The only time we saw the homeowners was the night we arrived, consisted of a quick hello and that was it. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful, but we weren’t prepared for the crazy roads and hills of Gibsonia lol I couldn’t believe how different Pittsburgh/Gibsonia was compared to Erie. The roads were insane but that’s the only downside I have which is obviously no fault of the property owner! My daughter loved the pool, we were very sad we couldn’t made it into the hot tub. If and when we do come back down we will gladly book again!

Very cute little spot and was perfect for our purposes. Inna and Sergey were great hosts and took care of everything we needed and were very polite and respectful. The hot tub was awesome and the pool.woild be a great addition in the summer time. We stayed in the winter and got some bad weather, but they were great about salting and shoveling. Inna brought us extra towels and the place had everything you might need. We didn't leave the whole weekend due to weather, but would be a great place to stay if you wanted to venture into Pittsburgh. Will definitely be back again 😀

My boyfriend and I took our very first trip together and it was amazing! Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations, we knew it would be a good place to stay from reading all of the reviews. Super clean, quiet, and affordable I would 110% recommend. Also, nice neighborhood, 6-15 min away from several restaurants/stores and about 25 min away from the Pittsburg stadium. When we take another trip to Pittsburg we will try to book again!! Thank you for the amazing hospitality!

The property was nicer than what I was expecting. There is a bed and couch in the bedroom, a full kitchen, and a private bathroom. There was plenty of drawers for clothes and toiletries. There is a closet for hanging clothes in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer is available. There is an above ground pool and a hot tub that we tried out. The family lives on the property, but I barely interacted with anyone. They will give you your privacy, but are also very responsive if you need anything. It is easy to get to and a lot of restaurants and shops within a short driving distance. We were originally going to stay in a hotel, but found this. This was so much better than a hotel and I would stay here again. I feel like we got a real bargain!
