House was clean, spacious and well-appointed. The a/c and WiFi worked well. Very quiet neighborhood close to the ULM campus. Host was extremely responsive. I would stay here again the next time I’m in Monroe.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed down to toys for the kids. The boys enjoyed throwing the ball around in the yard and the adults enjoyed the screened in patio!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Katie is a breeze to communicate with! The house in in a quiet neighborhood and is clean and easy to access. We will stay here again!

The owner communicated well and provided great necessities.
However, the stove did not work well which made cook time much longer. With a group it made preparation for meals tedious.
The keurig nor the air fryer worked.
There was one working remote for three tvs that worked only on two.
The back door was left unlocked and the screened in porch has a large tear in it which could’ve have let anyone to break in.
Though the home was large enough for a wheel chair it was not ADA compatible in the entry way. The large step into the home is not safe for elderly nor some one in the wheel chair who needs a ramp.
