Just minutes to Downtown Palm Springs.
Enjoy lounging by the pool (can be heated for a fee), unwind in one of the many shady lounge areas, or have a BBQ on the built-in BBG in the backyard.
This home is ideal for families, friends, retreats and pets (fee).
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, with top appliances, and plenty of cooking and dining ware, as well as free condiments, spices and coffee / tea.
Of course, the homes have lots of amenities, such as bath amenities (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner), towels and linens, pool floats, playpens and high chairs, ping pong tables, games and toys, and Roku TV's in almost every room for yo to watch your favorite channels with your personal log in. All the brand-new spa-like bedrooms are very spacious, and the beds are wonderfully comfortable.
The home features an inviting open floor plan, designed with beautiful, stylish furnishings in soothing colors and thoughtful touches. The open floor plan features a nice flow from the beautifully landscaped private backyard, through large sliders into the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The private, fenced backyard offer plenty of patios, seating, dining shady lounging areas, which allow you to unwind and relax fully, in beautiful nature surrounding you.

Bedroom configuration:
OWNER SUITE with a king bed and a newly remodeled en-suite spa like bathroom with a tub and walk in shower, a flat screen TV, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet.
THE BLUE ROOM: The "blue" guest room has a comfortable queen bed, a sitting area.
THE LAVENDER ROOM: The "lavender" guest room has two XL twin beds.
THE TIFFANY ROOM: The "Tiffany" quest room (in the ADU) is located off the kitchen, and has a king bed, a sitting area, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large flat screen TV, as well as a separate entrance in addition to the regular door connecting to the home.
The bathrooms are recently remodeled and feature a tub, walk in showers, two sink vanities and a spa-like look and vibe.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
We offer some optional extras for you to choose from, and inform you of the associated fees as follows:
POOL HEATING:
Fee $195 per day / pool. You can choose to heat the pool for your entire stay or just a few days.
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
Fee $150 per option. Early check in allow access from 8 am on your arrival date. Late check out allows you to stay until 6 pm on the departure day. The regular check in time is from 4 pm, check out time is by 11 am. This option is subject to availability as we have to block the adjacent travel dates for you. We suggest booking this early as availability is limited.
PET FEES:
Fee $200 per pet / per stay. We allow your furry family members to join you, and we would appreciate it if you could kindly use poop bags and remove any pet remnants from the property (such as backyard / front yard, etc.).
EXTRA GUEST FEE:
Smaller groups enjoy booking for a lower nightly rate as we charge Fee $50 / night from / guest 4 guests.
NOTE:
This property is a non-smoking premises.
Note that visitors are not allowed and only booked guests are allowed access to the premises.
Note that the property is located 15 minutes from the Palm Springs Airport and airplane noise can be heard depending on the direction of the winds.
LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK:
Owner and Management Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage to tenants’ or guests’ personal property, whether occurring inside the premises or elsewhere on the property.
Owner and Management Company shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or death occurring on the premises, including but not limited to injuries arising from the use of the swimming pool or surrounding areas. Use of the pool is entirely at tenant’s and guests’ own risk.
Tenants and guests are advised to consult a physician before using the pool. The pool deck and surrounding surfaces may be slippery at any time. Extreme caution is required at all times when entering or exiting the pool. Jumping or diving into the pool is strictly prohibited as it presents a serious risk of injury.
Children shall never be permitted in or around the pool without continuous adult supervision. The pool is not fenced, and tenants assume full responsibility for all minor supervision at all times.

The compound was perfect for our family of 14. Everything was clean, comfortable and very well kept. Jen was easy to communicate with from the time we booked our stay. The location is in a nice residential area, close to downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely come back again!

We were looking for a place to have a 30th reunion with 20 people. This location and set up was more than ideal. We had the 3 homes for us to spread out in and used the middle house for the group hang out. The houses each have a beautiful color scheme with lots of amenities. Kitchens were well stocked with all things needed for our get together. Houses were very clean upon check in and the pools were very nice (no need to heat in June).
Lots of space to hang out, sit and relax around the pool. We used the BBQ for a cookout one night and that was so wonderful to cook at the location. Nice to have this option for the group.
Everyone left the weekend feeling like we "scored" on this location. So unique to have 3 houses next door to each other which worked out so well. We'll be back in 4 years if it's still available!!
Jen, our host, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We would definitely work with her again in the future. She answered our questions and communicated with us in a timely fashion, as well as was very nice and cordial. Thank you for your help along the way.
If you are getting together with a larger group of friends of family, this is such a great way to do it. People can come and go to their rooms, no need for restaurants or driving anywhere if you plan ahead. I still can't believe we found this place...it was such a treat.

We had a mini family reunion with a total of 14 people and these three beautiful homes...literally all right next to each other...were the perfect place to gather as a group, but also to be able to have private time for our individual families as well. Talk about convenient!
Each house is tastefully furnished and each has everything you could need for a Palm Springs getaway, including BBQs, pools, kitchens with all the amenities, etc. It's clear that a great deal of thought and care went into each property.
Working with the local manager was a breeze and she was very responsive.
I would highly recommend this group of homes if you have a gathering that's too big for one, or even two homes. The fact that the three houses are adjacent makes it so simple and easy to get together on a moment's notice. A very rare treat indeed that helped make a memorable weekend even more memorable!

We really enjoyed ourselves! The inside was just as pictured, very clean! The pool was pretty warm when we got there but luckily cooled down by 9. Property manager was very easy to communicate with. Would love to come back!
