• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO PETS ALLOWED

Room was nice, bed was comfortable and air was cool. Did not get in the pool, but it looked well taken care of

It’s a hotel, period. It was clean, check in was easy. My wife said it had a smell maybe musty it could have been me. For the price it was nice and close to the strip and food. The water was hot then next morning for some reason was not, then it was. I guess the pool will be available at a later date. Price might go up as well. It worked for a couple nights. Bed was comfortable, I slept well. I would stay again for the price, my wife may not. We will see if my damage deposit gets refunded promptly. I guess they think I might be Joe Walsh and tear out the walls.

Really not very nice. We've been spoiled by staying at Condos. A/C didn't work very well. Bathroom very small. Our beverages froze in small Fridge. Staff was very nice and accommodating. For what we got, the price was right.
