***We continue to implement our already rigorous cleaning protocols along with an added layer of disinfecting, as we finalize for each guest arrival. On departure, we require that you not leave any dirty dishes/pots & pans. A fee of up to $200 may be charged for dirty dishes/pots & pans.***

Effortless entry - the codes and locks worked well. Place was clean and large, with a big kitchen and nice amenities.The only downside is that it has two small windows that look onto a patio (with a nice sofa) but no view but walls. We had hoped it might look out on the park, which the unit across the hall seemed to.All-in-all, a nice place, well worth the price.Parking is on your own, but we had no trouble finding overnight places within two blocks, even during the crowded Art Fair.

This was our second trip to Paso and our second time staying at this location. It’s perfect walking distance from restaurants, bars, and the park. Additionally is soooo quiet, we barely knew that there were others in the building. This is DEFINITELY our preferred place to stay. If there was anything to fix, it would be the shower. Changing to a rainfall shower head would help with the water getting out and onto the bathroom floor. We had to keep the shower head pointed at the wall to keep the bathroom floor dry.
