Spacious and charming one bedroom condo located at The Grand, Village of Baytowne Wharf. The zero-entry swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center are located just a few steps away. Within short walking distance is the excitement of the Village at Baytowne Wharf. The resort tram picks up at the front door of the Grand and will take you right over to the beach! Tram service is complimentary with this condo.
This 6th floor, one-bedroom unit is accessible by elevator, and is comfortably furnished with a King bed. A queen sleeper sofa is conveniently located in the living room. There is ample closet space, a large HDTV and a full kitchen complete with all you need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal! Guests will enjoy a spacious master bathroom featuring dual vanities and tub/shower combo as well as a second full bathroom with a shower located near the entry. Step onto the balcony and enjoy the breeze and breathtaking views of the Bay and Grand Lawn. For your convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer and high-speed wifi is complimentary.

HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled
within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete
a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Overall it was a great room, everything was as expected. We were near the shops and restaurants and able to walk there and back as needed. The tram got held up at times and we had to wait a good bit during early July. Because of this we did not visit the beach quite as much. The beach itself was packed this time of year here at this location (from water to steps to beach). Also, if you go during peak season, you may have to search for luggage carts. We spent a while searching for these, and no hotel staff were on site to ask about them. The room itself was great.

Overall, well laid out property and pretty clean. Had everything you needed to cook and get started and the host was very responsive. Instructions were very clear and check-in/check-out was smooth. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay! Condo was clean, great view, and good location.

The condo was great and zero complaints about it. The property is aging and the main complaint is of the 3 elevators only one was working during most of the stay. A second one worked initially but people kept getting trapped in it so it had to be shutdown.
