About this villa rental
Luxury holiday home with heated pool, jacuzzi and BBQ (gas not included) and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room for up to 10 people in the most exclusive residential community of Costa Adeje, just a 5 minute walk from the stunning beach Playa del Duque. Especially noteworthy are the different terraces in the home that allow maximum enjoyment of the fantastic climate that the south of Tenerife offers throughout the year. As you access from the exterior, there is a large front terrace with an outdoor dining area and a solarium that leads to a back terrace, where you will find a large pool with another solarium and an inviting relax area. The house is composed of 3 floors with an elevator in the inner courtyard for greater comfort. The main floor of the house consists of a modern and fully equipped American kitchen that leads to the large living room and pool, a bedroom with double bed en suite with bathroom with shower, another bedroom with two single beds and a second bathroom with shower. On the lower floor there is a huge games room with a pool table and a ping-pong table, a spacious suite with a double bed and a full living room, a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and access to the 2-car garage, equipped with an automated door. The upper floor consists of the master bedroom suite with its bathroom and connection to the exquisite chillout terrace overlooking the breathtaking Atlantic, a jacuzzi for 6 people, a seating area, a bar with minibar, and two floating seats to relax and lose track of time. Families with children have on the same floor an inviting bedroom with 2 children's beds and a crib. The house in general is prepared to protect children from any danger, and is equipped with stair protectors and a removable fence on the pool. It is an ideal house to spend a holiday with family or groups of friends, who despite traveling together, also seek private moments. It is an ideal option for people who, despite preferring to be in a tourist center and near the most outstanding beach on the island, prefer the individuality and all of the amenities that a villa with these characteristics offers. Many shopping centers with exclusive shops and excellent restaurants are just a 5 minute walk from the home.

Villa is huge, photos don’t do it justice. New sofa for example. Accessing Villa is all online so save emergency numbers as if internet breaks you cannot access the Villa. It broke once while there but luckily we were in.Location amazing and villa extremely secure. Everything you need in kitchen and a heated pool.One issue with hot tub not being hot and despite someone coming out to fix it it still wasn’t warm. This was only negative of trip The villa company are responsive and helpfulGreat villa - highly recommend

We stayed here for our honeymoon. It was absolutely fantastic. The villa was superb in every way, it was beautiful, clean, well equipped, location was perfect! We had 3 friends join us for a few days and we had so much space. Nancy, our host was amazing and so helpful! The shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants were directly across the road. The beach was a 5 minute walk down the road (and dozens more bars and restaurants). We ate out every day for lunch and dinner and the food everywhere was incredible. There was also a market on Thursdays and Saturdays located right next to the villa. The whole surrounding area was clean and well maintained. There's so much to do, we recommend visiting Siam park and the Medieval night in San Miguel. We will definitely be returning for a family holiday with our children! Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon!

We stay in Bischosfshofen on a yearly basis, to date this is the largest pool we have come across.
On arrival a good selection of drinks for all ages were left for us which beats past experiences. The villa is set up for small children with stair gates in place. We had a few small issues, these were dealt with swiftly. Management team were pleasant to deal with. Great location for local restaurants and a short walk to the beach, the area never fails to reach our expectations! Thanks Top Kaneran

Anyone who has sight problems, such as macular degeneration, will have difficulty gaining access to this property, as will the elderly who are not tech savvy. This is an excellent property, well equipped and spacious. It suited our needs, two teenagers, three fifthty somethings and two over eighties very well, everyone being able to have their own space, or be together as required.
